The word Ruru comes from Quechua language,
its meaning is: fruit, seed, root.
This project was born as this seed sown by three women, three generations with different visions that complement each other within a great dream:
to create a symbol of social and environmental empowerment through fantastic jewelry.
Our exclusive designs have as a star element: the Tagua seed, also known as vegetable ivory. Tagua is a wonderful fruit that blooms in Ecuador and becomes the magnificent accessory that we created for you. This seed has two fundamental characteristics and values: strength and versatility. These same values are shared by our artisans, designers and in turn the person who wears this jewel.
